Cromwell Christmas at the Races - Packages Announced

Gallop South are pleased to announce the hospitality packages for the 2010 Cromwell - Christmas at the Races on Sunday, November 28.
Last year around 8000 people chose to go to the Central Otago racecourse to enjoy their Christmas party. It was an event to be remembered.

Mini Marquees        $375 per tent

The mini marquees are located in the centre of the course in their own self-contained tented village. It's a pretty cool place to be! For just $375 you are presented with your own 3x3 marquee, 10 chairs, 1 large table, 10 racebooks and 10 admission passes. You also receive a complimentary bottle of Central Otago Pinot Noir! The mini marquee village contains totes and toilets so you never have to travel too far from your own tent. You can book as many as you like and increase the size of your area. Each tent is divided with picket fencing to give you privacy.

Each 3x3 tent is ideal for groups of 8 to 15 people. Self catering & BYO.

 

Goodbars Party Marquee   $95 per person      $900 for bookings of 10

Located in the ultimate spot next to the birdcage, alongside the track and in front of the winning post, you can’t ask for more than the Goodbars Party Marquee. Enjoy high quality luxury service from the best bar staff in the south operating behind the smartest travelling bar on earth! Cocktails, wide range of beers, wines and spirits, you are going to want for nothing and your first drink is free. Help yourself to food straight from the BBQ, grilling all afternoon. Free race book and special Cromwell Races wine glass for all guests. Live DJ pumping up the atmosphere between races. Totes and flatscreen TVs showing all the action and the odds. This will be the Christmas party location of locations!

 

Shaky Bridge Marquee  $75 per person      $700 for bookings of 10

Located on the Middle Lawn opposite the big screen and at the part of the track where the action takes place! This will be a laid back Central Otago affair. Lovely food in the form of a hot and cold buffet from Alexandra’s celebrated chef, Craig Redmile. Tables  are reserved in your name. There will be a wide selection of beers and wines to choose from and your first drink will be on the house. Free race book for all guests...and a special Cromwell Races wine glass. Lie back in the sun and enjoy..a day at the races the way it should be! Both marquees are children friendly. General Admission to the course for all under 18s is free. Adult admission - $10. Tickets will be required for children to access the marquees.
